Here is the luggage tag from the box it came in. His family bragged that Patton considered him to be the fastest typist in the whole Third Army!

First, the front seam looks crooked, which is not a good start. Secondly, the whole thing looks artificially aged.

Is that front seam off to one side or is this an effect of the photograph?

RFSS tag looks ok, and thats a good start....
So doest the stamp....

A bit bent out of shape and a few loose stitches but looks authentic to me.
