ss stamped leather greatcoat

hi guys can i get some thoughts on this leather coat belt is ss stamped. i know the coat is in the wrong style, full lenght belt ect. but it appears to have a dagger hanger and someones initials. thanks in advance...

Civilian coat like made well into the 1950's - the " dagger hanger " is in fact an internal closure strap , that goes through the metal ring visible in the upper left corner .
For $ 150,- each you can still fill your car with these here , but they seem to do very well on Ebay when sold with the appropriate story / stamps ..
No need to comment on this stamp , I couldn't think of a less likely place .. ?!
