it is absolutely 86... in no way 36.. it has the second bridge, which is a non mistakable fact.

I put new picture of marking in Black and white...and it is a 36 and not a 86...

Hello guys,
A friend after seen marking supose it came from a soldier of the Regiment GERMANIA (2./S . ..6).
This brotbeutel was found on flee market at AUBUSSON in LIMOUSIN last week.

Hello guys,
in an other forum, a member think it was a marking of Russian unit and not SS unit...
The и was Russian.After search on net, i found similar on marking in russian breadbag but the marking is not same.

I'm the "guy" from the other forum (AHF) who replied to this posting there.....and you have completely misrepresented what I tried to tell you.

Apparently, noone even believe's it's "B 36"......I agree it looks more like an "8" than a "3"......the questioned "Rev. N" markings, and all the removed buttons and hardware are what you'd "first" look at to judge if wartime or postwar.

By posting the SS Soldbuck and Russian breadbag markings, you completely confused the issue.....try reposting just the "2./"Rev. N" complete markings and ask if anyone thinks they're "SS" and if anyone can read the unit, reguardless of what it is.....leave all the rest out!

I think someone feed you a "line of baloney" and you're in denial..... you don't seem to want to take my word for it.....please ANYONE else who agrees or disagrees please chime in......

For me no doubt, i've got bread bag in hand and in sunlight i could read B 36 and not B 86....
i follow you and i ask members if anyone thinks they're "SS" and if anyone can read the unit.

The only solid breadbags for me are VT marked ones with a cloth tag that says as well Brotbeutel. Of course war ones might can be stamped but stamps alone are a bigg matter.

I'm agree with you...i prefered find a bread bag VT with cloth tag...no traces of these here...
just a stamp...a chance to be early SS-VT...
