Confirm authenticity of early prussian Allgemeine SS Skull

I believe this to be a early 1923-1933 Prussian "Danziger" Style skull and crossbones, no bottom jaw, no maker mark.

Can anyone help with this?

It's a Heer Panzer collar tab skull. It appears to be original but NOT SS.

It is an army panzer collar skull, and a late war one at that.
( patterned after the Prussian jawless skull)
but definatley not SS
