    SS Stug Wrap for valuation

Hi all , I am expanding my collecting field from solely SS into some Allied Airborne items. Some time ago I bought from Martin this SS Wrap , I am considering which items i might move on to fund my broadened collecting interests. Below is the link to the photos from when i purchased the wrap ( Martin I hope you dont mind me threading this link :-)

Its a good honest worn SS wrap with has been possibly rebadged?? Can i get some ideas of what an approximate value might be ?? Many thanks .

                Poorly re-applied sleeve eagle

I can't believe this will end well.

I recall the price Martin asked for it was not totally unfair in the current marked.

I do believe the wrap is probably rebadged.

I think its re-badged too, but with some consideration to matching condition, era of manufacture, application technique, etc. My impression is that this garment was maintained for some time in civilian or POW life with no insignia at all. I do like the appearance and don't object to the restoration job...

I agree, I do feel unfortunately that the insignia has been re-applied at some stage. I would like to own it however

                          I agree.

I remember seeing it listed and the price reflected that it has been restored I believe.

If it's accurately described then that's fair enough, its's when the renovations go unstated and/or are 'ambitious' or unrealistic that it troubles me.

Presumably the bottom frayed and was bound up ?

The most important in this case- original tunic, even a rebadged, The tunic is original
