no expert on this area of collecting but I say NO...when I saw the huge Stamps I didnt want to look at the silverware anymore

that big ink stamp is a joke , you can see it doesnt go down in the wrinkles of it and that was enough allready , not expert at all but thats a huge red flag imo, and well we all know how many silverware pieces were engraved postwar , especially for SS .
