Cuff Title

Hi everyone! I have recently run across a piece that I wanted to get everyone's opinion on. I have seen several cuff titles but this one is different in that it appears to be smaller in width (about 1" wide). Is it the real deal? If so, any information?

while the band looks like it maybe original the tk is very sloppy and as such not one i would want to own,Sorry.

I know a lot of guys say the blacklight test does not help...but it is a usefull tool..have you tested the white base cloth under the bullion?

Nothing shows up under blacklight.
