1st SS Medical Sign!

To be honest I have no idea where to post this, and just thought I'd share it with everyone - It's not mine I just found it on the internet and not even sure if it's really - But I have no seen a 1st SS Medical sign before and thought it was neat.

Its from an auction house - so reproduction possibility is high!

The tag on the back reads: “Fascist street sign. Kharkov Historical Museum.” Which I imagine is in Ukraine.
