As Peter Manzie has stated: fakes. Here's two links to study about SS generals' collar insignia:

Notice the construction of the leaves of the tabs and details of the acorns in the provided links. Compare them to yours.

Also, you might want to study up on RZM tag codes. Had you known about these, you would have been alerted to the fact that this particular RZM tag was completely wrong for this type of insignia.
