JC mark i believe is romanian, as many PP rings were made there during the period. Band has been cut , but i like it, and it is also a hollow head skull. Any other marks inside you can see??Comment

it could have been worn by anyone that had the cash,,including civilians..
A wartime Romanian mark is a specific looking mark, not 2 letters,,and they are very rare indeed..Comment
