Need better photos but the backing material looks O.K.
The silver aluminium twist looks O.K. too. Although the runes look a little sloppy.
Hands on is best.

Collar Tabs

Does the connecting string for the two tabs glow? I'm a bit concerned about the rank tab. Better pictures would be nice sans use of a flash.

I believe the officers runic tab is fine, but it looks as though it has been joined to a bad rank tab. The shape of the rank tab, the backing material, and the piping look suspect to me.

I hope I'm wrong.

I honestly do not see any problems.

They look OK to me - the runes look distorted with the flash. Are these from a dealer? They look familiar to me.
