    Congrats on the recent acquisition. Two beautiful, highly desirable and seldomly seen pieces of cutlery.

    Mike- I have to respectfully disagree... IMHO, I find cutlery of the 3rd Reich to be most appealing

They are like those in the castle museum, and came from the general 'kitchenalia' used by the staff and visitors at Wewelsburg pre-'45. A large meat fork and dessert spoon, both are in heavy stainess steel with the fork prongs and the spoon bowl silver-plated. Here they are together - see the Wewelsburg property stamps just visible on the handles.
