Hi Marc,
You need to post better close-up images. Just by looking at reverse of the silver Wallonie badge it does not look like the original ones I've seen.

the Nowergian badge might be a good one, it should have the serial number "830S" "830" or "935" listed on the reverse side.

These two items with swastika you describe as Cuff Links are for wear on the lapel of a civilian suit by members of the Flemish SS. Shaped to fit through your lapel button hole. Whether real or not I don't know from those pics.
