Technical Question RE: SS / SD patch on sleeve

Can anyone tell me precisely where the diamond shaped SD patch is to be worn on the left sleeve? I am looking for advice such as how many CM's from the cuff? centered?, any regualtions that would help me with this question? Perhaps someone knows of a good website that gets detailed about questions like this?
I am sure someone in the forum will be able to help me out!

According to Angolia’s Cloth Insignia of the SS, 2nd Edition, 1989, Page 129, concerning arm badges: “They (arm badges) were normally worn on the lower left sleeve 3.5 cm above the cuff turn up.”

Wow that sounds pretty detailed! Thats exactly what I was looking for. This is my first reproduction uniform where someone wants the SD patch along with the proper corresponding cuff title and shoulder boards. So you know what color of shoulder board the SD wore? The rank I am using is Obersturmfueher?
