Not for me!
These "tooth" edged cuff titles are popping up more and more often. There are several cuffs that are proved fakes which shares the same traits, and can be found if you do a search.

You better find a cuff that raises no questions of originality. When collecting SS take as few chances as possible and you be happy in the end, believe me.

Not sure about the backing material on the reverse, but the embroidery application looks good as well as the basic band material.
