This was a ceremony were the HJ Flanders got here 'Standarten' from der Reichjugendführer and a lot of high German officers were invited. This was in april 1944 in a small town of Antwerp, called Schoten. There is a castle and the ceremony toke place at that castle.
Look also at the SD man on the right side of the photo..

I'm familiar with the castle (wedding parties etc.. ) but didn't knew it was used during a ceremony!
