I don't care for the tabs at all, and the eagle is an odd one...

The runes have those telltale angles And the eagle is odd to say the least.

Hmmm need o see the rune tab at a different angle...a very similar eagle was just shown on the forum not long ago.

See if you can get a close-up of the rank tab straight on too...I'm trying to figure out what happened in the middle of it.

Overall I am not at ease with this tunic, I would need a lot more close-ups for a decent evaluation.

hah yeah it looks like a Bill Shea photo! anyhow the eagle is flying a bit high there too!And what a mess of an upgrade tab for an officer of that rank,its just nasty.
