SS Untersturmfuhrer Hermann Dahlke (RK) 4 year SS medal.

Does anyone know how I can find the date that SS Untersturmfuhrer Hermann Dahlke recieved the SS 4 year service medal, if he did at all.

He was awarded the Knights Cross on 3 March, 1943 and Killed 5 July 1943. 1st SS Panzer-grenadier Regt. LSSAH.

Officers were not eligible for the 4-year SS long service medal, only the 8, 12 and 25. The 4-year was for enlisted and NCOs only.
