Here is my recent buy of the SS Quedlinburg postcard
which shows a interesting piller inside the Heinrich krypt
Pillar has the image of what looks like a dragon

            Hi,

i don't know how many dozen of postcards exist, or how many series, but at least two series are known (one with straight borders, one with riples).

            See You

I do have 7 postcards in my collection from the SS Quedlinburg series
I knew of the existence of only 5 until recently, when i have located one on the bottom left (with some statue?) and bottom right (with Dragon piller) which i posted earlier.
If anyone has or knows of any other image from the SS Quedlinburg series please post them.

                    Thanks

                        Ado,
can you provide better pics of the ones with the wrought iron candleholders in use?

They do represent the design and outward appearance of fine period SS cultural items!

                          Hi,

this is the comb from the Quedlinburg treasure, not a statue.

                          http://www.uncommon-travel-germany.com/quedlinburg.html

Interesting article, we learn that a fu****g GI officer jerk from Texas stole the treasure after the war. Fortunately almost every piece was taken back to Quedlinburg.

I will check my own postcard collection when i will be back at home.

                          See You

So did Himmler feel that the Bamberger Reiter was supposed to be King Heinrich?
