A friend of mine has had this cap for a while and not feeling to good about it. Whats your take, good or bad?

Not good.

John the insignia are both fake. The skull's droopy eye and the eagle's bare ankles are dead giveaways, they are also made from a tinsel-like material not fine flatwire weave. There is also a fault with the welt surround of this eagle
