Hello baldy1939,
the tab from this post is imo an easier fake. A look on the frontside shows the "wrong" stitching of the SS runes.
The pattern of the stitching on the tab shown by scottishsoldier is grosser / uncleaner (you can see the difference easily on the picture below).

1) If I have to ask in the forum, I am also happy about opinions of the third or the tenth who answers.
2) I do not write that it's an fake/original, when I'm not sure.
3) I always write, when I would be uncertain.
4) I have also been denied anyone a more detailed opinion if he asked me. I consider the whole as a hobby and therefore does not write novels

Also be aware that the 70's era fake BeVo tab you have posted has a later updated attempt, closer but still no cigar.
On the photographs Hunestaffel has linked to the beVo skull on the first one also looks to be a black outline fake.
