SS totenkopf collar tab

Hi,

I acquired an SS totenkopf collartab and would like your opinion on it's authenticity. It is made of a soft velvet type material (moleskin?). I offered it to sale to someone and they doubted it's authenticity saying it was a cheap copy only worth about $10.00
I tried a better picture. I had to adjust the size as the file was too big.

Hi,

IMO without seeing the reverse the TK tab looks at first glance like a nice late war original. One of those Dachau issue tabs.

It's only worth a couple of hundred bucks if you have the tunic that it goes on ...... I'll give you $50 for it and a bag of chips David.

Do not believe everything you are told, I would buy them all day long at $200.00 a patch as I am sure other would.

Thanks for your input guys, I did a fair bit of research (mostly on this forum) and I knew it was good. I saw the exact same one listed on the Collectors Guild for over 500! I think I will try the epier route and see what happens.....
