Yes I now know the skull is bad, what are the thoughts on the hat, I can replace the skull. Or should it be moved to the Cloth Head Gear Forum?

Well I guess I trusted the seller on the authenticity, in all fairness he was told the insignia was good as well. I profess that I do not know all SS insignia that's why I post when there is doubt, which I've done before. He will agree to a partial refund. I think that's fair.

Depending on what you paid, the refund should be SUBSTANTIAL, not just partial. It's not uncommon to see many SS caps with replaced insignia, but the price difference between a completely original SS cap, and one with a fake skull is usually substantial.
