SS officer sleeve eagle and tab opinions

Hi guys, Happy New Year to all.
I'm curious to know the authenticity of these two items.
Both are sewn to a doeskin tunic, these are the only pics available.

My first thought was that poor bird is dead, but at least he is real, as well as the tab.

The bullion sleeve eagle is fake.
There is a chance that the collar tab is original. It looks to be ok... From this photo its hard to tell for sure. A better photo would help.

The runes on the tab seem to be off center across as well as top/bottom unless it is the angle of the photo , just looked at 3 of mine & they are dead center

Thanks guys for your observations.
I'll ask for close ups to see if there is unterlagen - that should give a better indication of authenticity on the insignia.

I do not like either of them. The Runic Tab does not a straight on picture, but I do not hold out much hope.

I would say get close ups but check the runes for unterlagen as well I have seen a fake set like that without unterlagen that even fooled the collectors guild whom I bought it from...in hand it was easy to see but in pics not so much. I like the eagle pattern but the cross eye...I would check it close..and you should send whole tunic pics because sometimes people recognize rebadged uniforms from the past.

The collartab looks OK to me, but the eagle is IMO a fake.

I apologize on the eagle...my bad. I was too fast to get in on a joke, and barely looked at the bird except his cartoon like crossed dead eye. I will be more serious minded next time.

I've yet to recieve further photos from this guy - I guess it's all rubbish.
Then that settles that!
