If original could you please advise what a fair price to pay for it would be?

I think it is a original bellbottom type.Could be wrong let's see what other opinions you get.

Flatwire Eagle .....

This is a very much an original flatwire eagle .....
It's not as common as the types you normally see. Its period sewn as it lays flat on the cloth its applied to.
£1000 would be a fair price.
