Unknown paticular SS skull...help please!

I found this SS skull with this buckle. I have never seen this type of skull, it is made with the same material as the SS buckle pre-war.

These were made from the 70's for the biker market here in the UK, note the cotter pin loops.

Nope, It's a piece of cast junk dating back to the 1970's ... I remember them coming into the repro catalogues of the time, they were £5 each or £15 for 4.
