Does anyone have info on a army wrapper done in SS war time.When(early). I know Bill Shea had one on his site not to long ago.And he swears by it being there and doing it.Is it a fact that these were used ,and why?Were they a part of trans,Or just because of short order? Are there any more out there? Thanks

That some members of the Waffen-SS at times were issued and used uniforms and equipment from the Heer and even the Luftwaffe is a well-established fact, generally speaking. But when we are talking about a historical collectible, to me, a Heer tunic or wrap with SS insignia is only worth the sum of its parts, if there is no solid real provenance (meaning photos or documentation, not just a story).Comment
