It doesn't do a thing for me mate. I had to have a good think about it but the ankles/wreath area are wrong to me.

The angle of the photo on this can be very deceptive.

Clear straight on shots are really needed as these eagles are only a few details out from the real ones.

The beak and the short feathers on the tail clearly point out that this is a copy !!!

Totally wrong for a ss-cap-eagle ,altough good for a heer cap eagle

Also the base-material is to big for a cap eagle, the fackers also use the same base material for the sleeve-eagle,s (and then it is to small)
