    Hello!
    It's SS man? but why in white uniform? What you think about this?
    On back side photo ink stamp of Czechoslovakian press office

          Because the Bediensteten came from all kind of units, also from the SD that where included in the main offices.

                    IMHO this photo has tampered with. Insignia has been hand drawn in the photos ties and collar tabs are off . If you look closey the black tie (ink) is drawn over the lapel. Also the black tabs and tie are to dark doesn't match the photographic tone

                      Doubt it,they would have added runes to all tabs.And thats just the tie jutting out a popular way of wearing it at the time,not ink over lapel.

                          Charles Trang's excellent pictoral history of the totenkopf division also has an excellent picture of tk NCOs in these white jackets. They are indeed duty waiters in the officers mess.
