This would be the issue to fake. I have a few with fake covers but:
Without getting to actually look at it and hold it ,etc., to my eye it looks good from the photographs.
only worry is , as I assume you were worried about is, that is is such extremely good shape.
Who knows? Maybe it was between two big old books in a very good environment for paper for 50 years.

this is true that many of the SS-Leithefte on the market are in average/good condition (only). The main problem is usually the spindle and the staples.
Oh and missing pages...

But sometimes it is possible to find such a beauty.
