    Thanks once again for an irrefragable answer.

    It was very interesting to learn about SS LSSAH army splinter pattern type. I didn't see this sample never even on a picture. It would be very interesting to see this SS camo type.

    You have written, that it will be soon possible to buy very good book on this theme. Isn't published yet?
    Will it be shown on here?

      Here are two pictures.

      LAH in poland in 1939 and LAH during a ceremony in 1934.

      You will find splinter zelts among LAH personal up to ca. 1942 (after that point they show up very rarely in period pictures) although there was a huge decline starting with the beginning of barbarossa. Up to barbarossa they were very common but then they started to perish along with their owners.

      The book is not out yet. The work is in progress. The authors are Mark Steacy and Werner Palinckx, both forum members.
