WW2 Krakow Ghetto Armband

Hi all:

About 10 years ago this armband was purchased from a WW2 vets estate in Alabama. I would like opinions on it.
Please let me know if it looks to be original.. It looks more yellow than the pictures indicate, and it does not glow under a blacklight.
I am not sure if this is the right forum topic, but I will give it a shot. I was told to move it here..
