            Hello Martin
I am the owner of Weissenbock's SS dossier. I have had it since 1981 and I am just preparing it for auction. I did some research on it many years ago and I added copies of his BDC files to my material. I just came across this thread by accident but reading your comments I tthought you might like to know.

Had the GCiG been removed in the meantime or is it still on the tunic incorrectly?

I own the tunic and would like the dossier to go with the tunic to keep the group together.

Very nice tunic, I owned it for a while. It was manufactured using an civil service style tunic. Some of the "experts" here tried to savage it on the forum. What do you think of it now that you have it ?

I think all components are genuine. The collars tabs are originally applied. They were installed to the material before the collar was assembled. Not sure about eagle. It is original IMO. There was a photo on this forum that was a polaroid from the early 1970’s showing the tunic in the same configuration it is in now. The dkig was on it since the early 1970’s. I think even with the dkig, and he was not a confirmed holder, it’s a nice company grade ss officer tunic.

It’s been on there since the early 1970’s and there it will remain.
