    the red thread is sewn into the sleeve where a armband once was. That is simply held on by a pin for safety purposes.

        These are all the pictures I took at the moment which may be excessive?? I tried to think of every spot and every angle that may be of interest or show some detail??

          Thanks for taking time to reply Felix. The black backing is fuzzy on those tabs. Was you thinking the tabs only was bad or the shoulderboard and buttons as well??

                              Buttons are textbook repros. Also, the belt ramp buttons on the back look to be regular buttons. You can get correctly marked repro SS ramp buttons now, but these heavily reinforced buttons were unavailable to fakers for many years, and still not used by mediocre knock-off companies like Spearhead.
