I was offered this collar tab that I'm not sure about and was hoping I could get some opinions. Any help would be appreciated.

What is it? Oh, a Skull, I hate it.

It's not that bad ..... I have seen much worse but unfortunately the materials used in the construction of the skull are wrong.
Far too glittery. Not good
