    Ss tunic

Gentlemen.....Looking for any comments on the tunic which I believe is 1937 Army. I received comments on the authenticity of the collar tab and sleeve eagle which I recently listed but am now interested in your overall opinion of the tunic. Many thanks.

the skull is a Wehrmacht panzer skull and the jacket looks like a original Wehrmacht jacket to me.

It looks very interesting green piping and a blank rank tab an attempt to make an SD tunic???...the Sleeve eagle is good and the boards look good..not sure about the tabs but they could be good with the exception of the addition of the skull.
The collar tabs have been reapplied at one point or simply added after another insignia was removed.
It is a heer cut tunic...meaningless since the SS and SD used such tunics..this is one I would love to handle and examine.

I am pretty sure I can see a shadow and stiching line for heer insignia on the collar. Pretty nice tunic for a restoration. Jacques
