    Neat uniform images

This one stalled on ebay Deutschland at just under $110... Strange...
people probably thought it was a fake...Sorry about the censorship!

Still plenty of uniform detail visible to study this neat image!
Looking at the HJ marksmanship badge (I think that's what it is) , possibly 12th SS-HJ?
Note Heer Pz (or early SS?) skull pinned on cap!

Next image is from WAF member Worms from Estonia. He has an entire facebook page dedicated to the Estonian SS, 1
000 of images to include this one! which btw was already shared in the photo section of WAF (via a web-link),
so worth repeating here... for those who might have missed it! AN outstanding uniform image I think!
Credit goes to as tagged ! (and I am plugging your site!)

Freshly minted Estonian Untersturmfuhrers! Note the 3 lion Polizei pattern Estonian nationality sleeve shields!
Probably taken at Bad Tolz shortly after they received their commission!

They all apear to have been to the same outfitters for their M43 officer caps, was there an outlet in/near Bad Toelz or would they have had to pop into Munich ?

These are not Polizei pattern shields, Wehrmacht and W-SS units used these a lot too. In my collection I have a shield which belonged to one of these officers on the photo (shield and the photos were found together couple years ago).

The photo was taken in Klooga (Estonia), in September 1944.

Oh OK so taken in Estonia not Germany. Because the uniforms are so new in appearance and so similar (uniform look), I figured it was taken in Germany at the place of issuance,
prior to deployment. Sort of like a graduation group picture of recently promoted officers, (except one M36) all wearing enlitsed pattern uniforms with enlisted sleeve eagles +officers rank insignia!

It is indeed very well documented that these lion shields were used by most branches but it is often referred to as a Polizei pattern by collectors (as opposed to the Dachau pattern) and it was often used by Schuma units.
Thanks for clearing this up though!
