I'm not sure if the swastika on these can even be called a "swastika." Looks more like a "swastacockied." Really poor quality so I would suspect some rather old repros.

Maybe you are right and they are old fakes, but I defenitely do not agree about the look like of these swastikas, as I`ve seen original ones worther than these...

I would personally also be sceptic of these as originals. These kind of eagles is not my field, I have to say. Embroidery can vary for sure, but it does not look the best... But what worries me more are the perfect cut out very unusual white backing material. Yet the top layer is frayed, but the white felt (or what is it?) is just perfectly preserved. I have never seen this kind of backing material on any other period eagle.

If offered to me, I would have passed on them, even for a cheap price.

              Just my 2 cents.

These eagles are way out of my field too, but I have seen lots of poor embroidery, foreign made stuff, etc. but the swastikas on these are really bad. All three swastikas are the same too. Felix brings up the backing material which is just another anomaly pointing to bad. I still think they are bad, and of course I could be wrong.
