Actually Richard P was making a joke. If it had runes or a TK, it would be an extremely rare tab since it would be part of the mirror set of tabs worn for a limited time during the war. As it stands now, it is an original blank rank tab.

You should seriously consider purchasing some books to acquaint yourself with the rudiments of SS insignia. I would suggest Angolia's Cloth Insignia of the SS for starters.
