Absolute junk. The tags may be real, new serial number added to the Tuchmutze tag however. Hard to see full detail from my iphone. The insignia are garbage.

Tags looked salvaged from a real hat, in this case an August Mueller. It appears as if the someone tried to change the serial number as the font is incorrect.
