OPINION ON-SS Sleeve Eagle

In e-stand currently there is a SS Sleeve Eagle up for sale by Crowback.

I am a NEWBIE, both here and in collecting, so I would like feedback and opinions about this piece and it's authenticity please.

I asked and was given permission by Crowback to start this thread.
