While I can't classify myself as an expert I would say "what a piece of almost worthless junk".


Now if I was a bigshot dealer I would say something like:

"a well worn and desirable piece of combat headgear - just how we all like to see them. While it is missing the bill and it has a few small pinprick holes, these certainly do not detract. A very sexy piece of headgear that has seen some action. Grade A+ $10,000"
