    White piped 'crusher' style cap

Perhaps some of you have seen this cap on sale?

Would like to know what the experts can say about this cap.

I would say not many secrets left.....after the mice had reshaped this one a bit(e).

This one has definitely the worn out look!

    Regards

I saw this one also but it looks to me more like an EATEN up Heer visor

Well one thing is for sure, it is a "crushed" cap. It is a style very popular amongst Germans hit by a tank. Jacques

I thought that it might be a rare Heer prototype of the KM "Donald Duck" cap. This one could be shaping up for a long controversial thread.

                          Cap

Is this what some dealers mean when they describe an item as having "honest wear"?

Actually...no, this would be dealer speak for "lightly carried".

It is a crushed cap howerever not a "crusher cap". I think that is a heer enlisted mans cap with the bill and inner spring missing nothing more.
