No...my flock of SS sleeve eagles are all embroidered.... so far! Now a BeVo one!
I do have a BeVo cap eagle (Flemish made actually) but its still attached to the remnants of an SS overseas cap (a cut off....)

Now would this sleeve eagle be considered an earlier BeVo version because its more WHITE than the gray ?
(those latter GRAY ones being the later final types)
