nothing to be paranoid, it's just a shadow, nothing to do with the reality. It is a perfect SS 2 holes for the belt ramp hooks tunic as i evidenced on the pics...

upper pockets are in that shape until the beginning as the lacking of the stitching traces on the lining evidencing...

Upper Pockets are re-sewn and shortened. In my opinion.

Right? Do you see any tracks of pevious stitchings on the lining?

Some of these jackets that were produced outside of the camp system were also used by the Army but if there is no evidence for an eagle no worry.

Below of the Bottom sew of the pocket are traces I think. I compared with other tunics, the breast pockets used to be longer.

I look very closely the pockets question on this tunic; what you see are the traces of the belt ramps straps nothing else. There isn't any traces of the shortened breast pockets on the lining.
