Skull EM tab opinions please

Hi guys, SS insignia is not my area of expertise. I think the tab is original and cut down to a small size by cutting the inner paste board and refolding and gluing the black cloth? Does this sound plausible?

A Dachau TK is common... but a WORN Dachau TK-tab is not that common I think...
