Wow, that is really cool, Peter! I have noticed that most of the M1/24 skulls, (not just aluminum), that are on visors are usually on Waffen visors. I have seen very few Overhoff skulls on Allgemeine visors. They must have been favored by the Waffen SS, or perhaps they where introduced a bit later than the others. Also, it is a mystery to me, that the eagles made by Overhoff are much rarer than their skulls, (with the exception of the aluminum ones), just like Deschler eagles are hard to find. Somewhere there must be an aluminum M1/24 eagle. That, I would love to see.

By the way, Peter, do you have an aluminum or CupAl Assmann skull?
I would love to see some, as those are about impossible to find.
