I agree, black base cloth band does look nice. However the the embroidered letters screams fake (Rzm tag would add to this picture as well)
Is it a six or seven strand (metal wire borders) cuff title?

From magnification of the border near the RZM tag, it is a six strand cuff.

It looks like a 5-6 strand to me.

The RZM label is a 70's fake. Classic yellow look with red number stamp, only 5 digits and the 'der NSDAP' missing .
