Cap Skull?

I have this skull for some time now but i wonder what it is and if its even real?

It is not a panzer collar tab skull. It is a 1st pattern skull of the SS. (also used by some army units) There is a thread about these in the SS forum.

This particular skull looks like the ones from the "Berlin hoard" find. Belived by some to be real, and by others to be fake. They are sold on German Eban and goes for around 20 Euro each. Some claim these skulls are fakes sold by a man called the sandbox man.

I know that Robin Lumsden liked them and he has good knowledge about these first pattern skulls.

For how long time have you had this skull?

The skull in your link is, what you could call a "classic" well known cap skull design.

But there were so many different design variants of such skulls.
