Very nice material for "Einsatzstaffel der Deutschen Mannschaft Kroatian" (ES)
(Croatian Volks-Deutsche) , something like their (local) version of the German Algemeine SS
or Germanic SS, but militarized for defence.
The (missing) metal runes (or wolf hooks) on the officer's tabs are for German-Croatians
and the German Slovak style Volks-Deutsche eagle with swastika on shield (1st pattern)
was later also adopted for wear by these German Croatians, as shown in this period (1944)
portret image from Zagreb, proof that this a very neat and desirable group.
Too bad the tab's metal wolf hook insignia is missing!
